Dealers and suppliers can make air travel arrangements on their own or through American Travel Consultants (the company administering the UPTIME 2009 event and online registration) at atc@americantravelmich.com or 248-491-6790 (business hours 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST). If you make your own travel arrangements, you must provide your arrival and departure information to American Travel Consultants by August 1, 2009, in order to be guaranteed ground transportation to and from the Gaylord National® Resort & Convention Center.
ALL Mack® & Volvo corporate attendees should follow standard procedures when making air travel arrangements.
