There are several factors to be considered when selecting a location for an event of this size and scope.

  1. Venue – To maximize attendance at the trade fair and in the training events, as well as opportunities for networking, it is optimal to select a facility with an exhibit hall; space for parts, service and body shop training; and enough hotel rooms for 1,400+ attendees under one roof. The Gaylord facilities – with locations in Orlando, Fla.; Dallas, Texas; Nashville, Tenn.; and now Washington, D.C. – meet the
    above criteria.
  2. Destination – Your time is valuable, so it's important to us to select a location that is near a major airport(s). While we try to vary the geographic locations, we must also consider travel time and select destination cities that are easily accessible to the majority of attendees.
  3. Room Rates – There are a limited number of facilities throughout North America that meet the venue and destination criteria above. Therefore, it's important to us to select one with the lowest hotel room rate possible.
