Activities
UPTIME 2009 attendees can't be expected to just work, work, work. While the weekend will be jam-packed with training, trade fair and information-filled events, an afternoon has been set aside to explore the many sights Washington, D.C., has to offer. All UPTIME 2009 attendees are invited to participate in one of nine fun outings on Saturday, September 19. For detailed information on each of the choices, see the descriptions below.
Because space in certain activities is limited, you will be asked to select a first and second choice when you register. Inclusion in these activities will be based on date of registration, with first priority given to Dealers. If you choose not to participate in an activity, there is much to do and see at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.
If you are a Dealer who is bringing a spouse / guest to UPTIME 2009, he / she is invited to participate in one activity choice (excluding golf). There is no charge for Dealers to bring a guest. However, a spouse / guest MUST be registered and an activity selected by the UPTIME 2009 registration deadline – May 15, 2009. Please note that all UPTIME 2009 activities and events are limited to Dealers and their guests, corporate and supplier attendees only.
Enjoy all that Washington, D.C., has to offer! But, most importantly, use this "downtime" to build and strengthen relationships with your Dealer, supplier, and Mack® & Volvo corporate peers.

"The UPTIME events are a valuable use of my time! The format is accommodating to both new managers and Dealership employees, as well as long-term industry veterans. The information is always right on and adds value to our business at the Dealership"
